Benjamin Taillandier is a rosy-cheeked man from the Languedoc-Roussillon. We had the pleasure of meeting him pre-pandemic, he is the sort of man you want to sit and talk about the world with, over many bottles of wine. His energy is great and he is always eager to chat about his biodynamic practices, and how to make those heavy Languedoc wines a bit lighter and a bit more alive. He owns a wine bar in town and pours wine through the summer months. So if you ever find yourself in the charming town of Caunes-Minervois in the summer, stop by Cantine du Curé and meet the lovely man behind the bottle.
