THE WINEMAKER: Il CEO hails from the Veneto region of Italy in the Northeast. Started in 2014 by Davide Andreatta, the vineyard is fully biodynamic and make 0/0 wines, meaning they add nothing in the cellar. It is a small scale vineyard only making roughly 8000 bottles a year. A special wine from a special place.
