The Wine: Pizza + wine night vibes. A super natural unfiltered wine, don't be deterred by the amount of sediment left in it. Bouquet is of fresh wet forest berries, pepper, and soil. Strong tannins, perfect with all Italian food.
The Winemaker: Wife/husband winemaking team Domenico and Francesca are behind the Nasciri Azienda Agricola, where the winery is part of a fully biodynamic farm. They do not filter, refine, or add anything to their wine.
