Thanksgiving Wine Pairing Pack
THE CLASSIC (2 Bottle Pack)
Thanksgiving dishes are varied in flavors and tend to be on the heavier side and families tend to have a lot of big personalities, so it is nice to have more classic precise wines with a lighter body.
Weingut Georg Schmelzer, Welschriesling, 2018
Pair with turkey, mashed potatoes, and green vegetables.
Welschriesling is its own varietal that is native to Eastern Europe. It is Demeter certified, meaning it has been farmed with Biodynamic practices. This wine smells of pineapple and lime, and cuts to a mineral taste with just a hint of oak finish. It is a beautiful expression of white wine, and sure to please any Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc lover, without alienating the natty wine fans.
La Grange Tiphaine, Clef de Sol, 2018
Pair with turkey, cranberry sauce, gravy, and will bring out any charred flavors on your vegetables.
This is one of our absolute favorite French reds. Pop open this Cot/Cabernet Franc blend and breathe in that dark fruit and spicy peppercorn. This is poetic wine, meant to be served for the holidays. The French have perfected the precise red, it is balanced, soft, and heartwarming.

THE ORANGE SPARKLE
Flui, Humus, 2019
Pair with appetizers, from charcuterie and cheese to oysters or crudité - it will even make your Grandma’s famous cheese ball a bit more bearable. To start a night, we always recommend sparkling or orange wine. Bubbles are a classic for a reason. Flui by Humus Vineyards in Portugal is a lightly macerated orange with beautiful gentle bubbles, hints of honeysuckle and citrus, and is chuggable enough to get everyone to enjoy a glass or two.
THE CARBONIC RED
Neon Eon, Ultraviolet, 2020
Pair with pecan and pumpkin pie.
This carbonic maceration red from Canada will give you something to talk about through dessert. This red/white blend is made of Riesling and Zweigelt... grapes your uncle will know but everything else will surprise him. It smells of wild berries and candied cherries and tastes of jam with hints of pink peppercorn.
