Riberach, based in Roussillon, France was started as a collective of winemaker friends in 2006. Focusing on indigenous varieties, they are concerned with making soil-driven wines with true terroir, meaning sense of place. This rosé is aged in oak and has a slight cotton candy smell mixed with burnt caramel. Perfectly balanced and not sweet at all, it is the perfect French rosé...in our humble opinion. Drink chilled, in the sun, with friends!
