Riberach, based in Roussillon, France was started as a collective of winemaker friends in 2006. Focusing on indigenous varieties, they are concerned with making soil-driven wines with true terroir, meaning sense of place. This rosé is aged in oak and has a slight cotton candy smell mixed with burnt caramel. Perfectly balanced and not sweet at all, it is the perfect French rosé...in our humble opinion.
